During the series, participants will visit various churches in Tallinn (such as the Tallinn Dominican Monastery and the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul, St. Mary’s Cathedral (Toomkirik), St. Michael’s (Rootsi-Mihkli) Church, St. Nicholas’ Church) once a month, including a guided tour. The tours are in Estonian. After the tour, the participants can explore the churches on their own. Church Friday takes place once a month on Fridays: 20 October, 17 November, and 15 December.

Toomkirik (St. Mary’s Cathedral) was first mentioned in written records in 1219. The cathedral holds the largest collection of gravestones, epitaphs, sarcophagi, grave monuments, and epitaph coats of arms in Estonia from between the thirteenth and the eighteenth centuries. The most famous persons buried in the cathedral are Swedish Commander Pontus De la Gardie and his wife; Sophia Gyllenhielm, daughter of the King John III of Sweden; Admiral Samuel Greig; and Admiral Adam Johann von Krusenstern, who led the first Russian circumnavigation. The pulpit and the altar are the works of one of the most well-known Estonian wood carvers, Christian Ackermann.

One tour lasts up to 1.5 hours. The size of the group is 15–25 people.
Participants can practise listening (listening to the guide) and speaking in Estonian (asking questions from the guide), as well as increase their cultural and historical awareness in Estonian.

A guided tour of the castle, a walk in the park, and a visit to the family cemetery of the first owners of the manor (the Benckendorffs and the Volkonskis) are going to reveal unknown pages from our history and culture. We will learn about the everyday life of the 19th century aristocracy, famous historical figures who have visited the manor, artists who have depicted unique Estonian nature, and poets who have admired the Fall manor and its surrounding area.

We are going to take photos – not just as mementos, but also for the subsequent interactive lesson where each participant can demonstrate their creative prowess and ability to use the information learned during the tour.

On 7 November 2023, we will spend some time with the ÄSK social game and exercise our memory by playing a memory game.
ÄSK was created with the aim that no event should take place in uncomfortable silence, sitting on the phone, or talking about the weather. In the ÄSK box you will find 95 questions to stimulate discussion and help you get to know each other (better). Suitable for playing with best friends, work colleagues, family, or at events where no one knows each other.
The MEMORY GAME is an interesting and educational game that can be played with friends at a party, at school, at a work event with colleagues or even in front of the fireplace! The EV100 memory game includes 100 questions about Estonia: about history, politics, art, and life overall.

Mafia is a well-known party game that requires at least seven people, a deck of cards, and a quiet room where everyone can sit and see each other. There are two sides in the game – the villagers and the mafia. The goal of the mafia is to kill enough people to gain a majority over the other side, and everyone else’s goal is to figure out who the mafia is and kill them. The game is led by a game master, who is not one of the participants. The course of the game is divided into two parts: night and day. The mafia, the police, and the doctors operate by night, and during the day everyone has to vote on who will be executed on suspicion of mafia involvement, as a result of debate and defence.
The game is simple and requires no special preparation or prior practice. The game of Mafia requires attention, logic, and people skills. Come to an enjoyable evening in a relaxed atmosphere to communicate in Estonian.
