These guided tours of Tallinn churches (including St Nicholas’ Church and its museum, Holy Spirit Church and St Mary’s Cathedral) take place once a month and are entirely in Estonian. After the tour, participants can explore the church further on their own. The tours are open to adults whose mother tongue is a language other than Estonian but who speak Estonian at the B1, B2 or C1 level. Participants can hone their Estonian listening skills as the guide speaks to them and practise their spoken Estonian by asking questions and talking to other people on the tour. The church visits represent a great way to improve your Estonian while learning more about history and culture.
